Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • If using plain Greek yogurt, mix it with vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.
  • Wash and prepare the berries. Slice larger strawberries into smaller pieces, keeping blueberries and raspberries whole.
  • In clear serving glasses or bowls, begin layering by adding a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  • Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, ending with yogurt on top.
  • Drizzle the remaining honey or maple syrup on top and sprinkle with chia seeds and/or chocolate shavings if using.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving (add granola just before serving if preparing in advance to maintain crunchiness).
