Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Total Time 10 minutes mins
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional)
If using plain Greek yogurt, mix it with vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.
Wash and prepare the berries. Slice larger strawberries into smaller pieces, keeping blueberries and raspberries whole.
In clear serving glasses or bowls, begin layering by adding a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, ending with yogurt on top.
Drizzle the remaining honey or maple syrup on top and sprinkle with chia seeds and/or chocolate shavings if using.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving (add granola just before serving if preparing in advance to maintain crunchiness).
